We believe in challenging ourselves, building a strong local community, and serving others beyond the walls of our restaurant. Our mission at Manimal Smokehouse is to serve delicious food using the oldest method of preserving and preparing meat known to mankind – by using our own custom made oak wood smoker directly imported from Texas. We began from the humble roots of cooking for friends on the

rooftops of Itaewon, Seoul. The idea back then was the same as it is now, to remain humble and make the most delicious BBQ while continuing to have fun with both old and new friends. Keeping it Manimal since 2015.

매니멀은 열정이자 마음가짐이며, 문화이고 살아가는 방식입니다.

우리의 가치는 도전하는 삶, 지역사회 발전, 그리고 더 나아가 사람들에게 도움을 주는 것입니다.

매니멀 스모크하우스에서는 텍사스에서 직수입한 참나무 스모커로 전통적인 고기 조리법을 사용하여 맛있는 바베큐를 제공합니다.

처음엔 단순히 오랜 친구들과 함께 바베큐를 나누어 먹기 위해 이태원 옥상에서 요리를 했습니다. 이제 매니멀 스모크하우스는 가장 맛있는 바베큐를 만들어 오랜 친구들, 그리고 앞으로 만나게 될 새로운 친구들과 함께 즐기고 싶습니다.

브리스킷 외에 소고기 메뉴가 없어
아쉬우셨던 분들께 반가운 소식이 될 메뉴.

브리스킷과 같은 부위인 차돌양지를 활용해,
멕시칸 스타일을 더한 Barbacoa를 선보입니다 🌮🔥

깊은 풍미와 부드러운 식감,
그리고 은은하게 더해진 새로운 스타일의 매력까지.

아직 메뉴판에는 업데이트되지 않았지만,
이 글을 먼저 보신 분들이라면 누구보다 빠르게 맛보실 수 있습니다. 😎

너무나 아쉬운 소식 입니다. 반려동물 문의 많이 주시는데요!
새로 개정된 반려동물 동반 법규에 따라 매장 내 제조/위생시설 분리, 접종 확인 절차 등 현재 매장에서 이행하기 어려운 부분들이 있어, 반려동물 동반이 불가한점 안내 드립니다.

반려동물 문화를 사랑하는 저희로써 너무나 죄송한 안내 드립니다.

We’re truly sorry to share disappointing news:(
Due to recent revised regulations regarding pets on premises — including requirements to separate food-preparation/hygiene areas and verify vaccinations — there are measures that are currently difficult for us to implement at our location.
For this reason, we cannot allow pets to accompany guests in the restaurant.

As lovers of pet culture ourselves, we sincerely apologize for this notice and ask for your kind understanding.
