Peñas Blancas is part of a project developed in Las Flores that consists of sourcing cherries from neighbor’s surroundings for developing and centralizing everything in Las Flores facility, processed under the knowledge about fermentation methods from Jhoan for accomplishing high standards on quality.

OPAL is a reference name for one of the geisha’s varieties of Las Flores, for tracking the processing for the cherries of this punctual profile.

2026년 3월 1일부터 시행되는 관련 법령 및 운영 지침 변경에 따라,
포온즈데이는 부득이하게 실내 반려동물 출입을 제한하게 되었습니다.

동물과 사람이 함께하는 문화에 대해 늘 긍정적으로 생각해왔기에, 이번 결정이 더욱 아쉽게 느껴집니다.

새로 적용되는 지침은
• 조리 공간과의 물리적 분리(칸막이·울타리 설치)
• 반려동물 전용 의자·케이지 또는 별도 전용 공간 구비
• 반려동물 출입 시 예방접종 확인 절차 의무화
• 출입 관리 기록 유지 및 위생 설비 구비

가 포함되어 있으며,
특히 실내 테이블 간 간격이 비교적 좁은 포온즈데이의 공간 구조상 해당 기준을 충족하는 것이 현실적으로 어렵다고 판단하게 되었습니다.
지침을 따르지 않을 경우 영업정지 처분 대상이 될 수 있다는 점 또한 고려해야 했습니다.

많은 고민 끝에 내린 결정입니다.
다만 야외 테이블은 기존과 동일하게 반려동물과 함께 이용 가능합니다.

이번 결정이 포온즈데이가 이 자리에서 앞으로도 항상 따뜻한 서비스와 맛있는 커피를 제공하기 위한 선택임을 이해해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

It is with a heavy heart that we share this notice.

Due to changes in relevant regulations and operating guidelines effective March 1, 2026,
4ozday will be restricting indoor access for pets.

We have always held a positive view of a culture where people and animals can share spaces together,
which makes this decision all the more difficult for us.

The newly applied guidelines include:
• Physical separation from food preparation areas (such as partitions or barriers)
• Designated seating, carriers, or separate areas specifically for pets
• Mandatory verification of vaccination records upon entry
• Maintenance of entry logs and appropriate hygiene facilities

Given the structure of our space—particularly the relatively narrow spacing between indoor tables—
we have determined that meeting these requirements is not realistically feasible.
We also had to consider that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in business suspension.

This decision was made after careful consideration.
Outdoor tables will continue to be available for guests with pets, as before.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as this decision was made so that 4ozday can continue to provide
warm hospitality and good coffee in this space for a long time to come.
