Here breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day, incorporating lively Caribbean cuisine with the freshest of local ingredients. The alfresco dining area, designed by world renowned architect Ed Tuttle, wraps around gently cascading reflecting pools overlooking Windward Beach below and the island of Antigua beyond. Cocktails, some incorporating local fruits and herbs, are served at the bar under stone vaulted ceilings in the original estate building dating from 1815.
