Thank You from the Bottom of Our Hearts 🙏🏽
Early Tuesday morning, October 21, 2025, my daughter and I stood helplessly watching our beloved beach bar and restaurant, Cathy’s Ocean View Bar and Grill, at The Strip, Frigate Bay, our second home for over 20 years, go up in flames.
It was one of the hardest moments of our lives. Someone came to our house around 12:50 a.m., and took us to the scene. However, from that moment until now, the love and support we received has been overwhelming.
To everyone who showed up at the scene, came by our home, called to check in, offered words of encouragement, and even gave financial help, thank you.
You didn’t just comfort us; you reminded us that we are not alone and that there are genuine, kind and caring people still around. Your presence and kindness have lifted our spirits more than you know.
We are heartbroken, yes, but we are also hopeful. With God’s grace and your continued prayers, we are already thinking about rebuilding. We cannot wait to serve you again, with the same signature seafood dishes and warm vibes that made Cathy’s special.
Thank you so much for standing with us. We feel the love, and we are holding on to it.
