We had Sokney make Cambodia's Tom Yum!
Ingredients sourced from fresh shrimp on the market!
First of all, we imagine the sour and spicy taste like Thailand’s Tom Yum .
However, Cambodia's Tom Yum is very mild, a gentle taste that even those who are not good at spicy tastes can eat!
The refreshing aroma of herbs such as lemongrass spreads and appetite increases!
Cambodia is hot. We ate twice to survive by eating Tom Yum!

今日もソックニーさんにカンボジアのトムヤムスープを作ってもらいました!
材料は新鮮な海老を市場で調達!
味の感想は先ずトムヤムと言えばタイの酸っぱ辛いを思い浮かべますが、カンボジアのトムヤムはとてもマイルドで辛いのが苦手な人でも食べられる優しい味!レモングラスなどのハーブの爽やかな香りが広がり食欲が沸いてくる!暑いカンボジア、トムヤムを食べて乗り切ろう、という事でおかわり二回しました!
