Our burgers are made the right way — using only imported chuck, brisket, and short plate beef. No fillers, no shortcuts, and no fooling with buffalo meat from India 🐃🚫. Just a touch of salt and pepper, then pressed and seared to bring out real flavor. Nothing else added.

This is my Grilled Chicken Caesar salad at Bamboo Bar & Grill

It features healthy, grilled chicken breast (not pan fried with oil) over romaine lettuce with grana pardano, seasoned croutons and a homemade Caesar salad dressing.

It is available for just $5.50 at the restaurant located on Bamboo Street near The Playground.

It's hard to believe its been that sixteen years ago, my life changed forever when I was selected for the Sala Baï Hotel & Restaurant School training program.

That foundation opened doors I never thought possible. It led me to the kitchens of Le Meridien, took me across the globe on 5-star cruise lines, and brought me back to Sokha Resort.

I am so grateful for every lesson learned in those world-class environments, but through it all, I had one constant dream: to open a small restaurant of my own.

That dream became a reality at Bamboo Bar & Grill. I’ve poured everything I’ve learned over the last 16 years into this menu. So whether you are looking for a comforting Western classic or a traditional Khmer favorite, I’ve prepared it with the same passion that started on my first day of training.
