(604)

Get ready for an exclusive fine dining experience thatโ€™s unparalleled in Siem Reap. Embassy restaurant is headed by our local legend, the Executive Chef Kimsan Pol. She has a strong passion for cooking that has brought her great success in an industry typically dominated by males. Her journey has taken her to different continents, international competitive events and even under the mentoring of Michelin starred Parisian Chef Regis Marcon. She brings with them to Embassy Restaurant this passion and skill to produce a five-star quality, seasonal Khmer gastronomy menu. The upmarket dining experience is hosted in a stylish venue, staffed entirely with specially selected employees. Guests can savor the unique menu of skillfully prepared masterpieces with an โ€œActiveโ€ (monthly changed) seasonal 7 course gastronomy set that can be optionally paired with an exclusive selection of wines.

We loved watching her on Hang Meas HDTV, but the best part is what she brought back to the kitchen. She wanted to share that winning moment with our guests, so weโ€™ve added one of her winning dishes to our current tasting menu.

More episodes will be released soon. Until then, our kitchen is open and ready to share this special dish with you. Come taste it soon
