Thank you to Pedro Vella and staff at the Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary for an amazing experience we will never forget!

We enjoyed the whole experience including preparing the food, feeding the elephants and monkeys, and learning more about the animals. The home cooked vegan lunch was delicious!

We highly recommend that you make a day trip to the sanctuary or volunteer to help care for the animals.

We miss the elephants already 😢

🔥🥪 Vegan Chopped Cheese 🧀🔥

With the help of our friends at Bang Bang Bakery-Cafe, we created a plant based version of this CLASSIC NYC bodega staple. Smoky tempeh crumbles, sautéed peppers and onions, melted cashew cheddar cheese, topped with fresh romaine lettuce, tomato and our signature secret sauce, served on a grilled sweet potato hoagie roll.
