Authenticity is our commitment in following traditional, hand crafted recipes and seeking the best simple and natural ingredients. Neang, the founder and owner of "Amami Gelato" was adopted by an Italian mother. She fell in love with ice cream on a trip to Italy and she experienced the best ice cream in Sicily, her mamma's hometown. After several years working in an Italian restaurant with her brother, she sensed a desire to bring Italian ice cream to Siem Reap and share it with others.
