Mangan - Belle's Kitchen

Mangan - Belle's Kitchen "Mangan" means "let's eat", and that’s exactly what we invite you to do—gather, share, and savor! ✨ That passion lives on in every dish we serve.

Mangan - Belle’s Kitchen is a home-cooking restaurant blending Filipino and Spanish flavors, inspired by tradition and crafted with care. My love for cooking began with my grandmother, Mamang, who taught me the joy of homemade meals made with heart. We proudly source locally produced ingredients, ensuring freshness while supporting our community. Committed to sustainability, we use eco-friendly pa

ckaging and collaborate with the basket community. At Mangan—meaning "eat" in Ilocano—every meal is a warm invitation to enjoy authentic flavors, share good company, and experience the comfort of home-cooked food.

Pork Belly Lechon is Charlie’s absolute favorite—and as one of our most loyal clients, he knows exactly what he’s coming for.

From that first crispy, crackling bite to the last spoonful of rice, it’s always the same story… less talking, more enjoying. 🍽️

He even mixes the ensalada right into the rice—just like we do.

Filipino food carries a quiet richness that many people don’t immediately see.

I grew up learning how to cook beside my grandmother, Mamang. In her kitchen, cooking was never rushed. Ingredients were chosen carefully, flavors were built slowly, and every dish was made with intention. That was where I first learned that Filipino food is not just about feeding people — it’s about caring for them.

It is about family, patience, and tradition passed down through generations. Many Filipino dishes are cooked slowly, layered with ingredients, and made with the intention of nourishing both body and soul.

When prepared the traditional way, Filipino food is simple, honest, and whole — vegetables cooked gently, broths built from scratch, meats braised until tender, and dishes balanced with sour, salty, and comforting flavors.

Here's 20 Filipino dishes that reflect the kind of food many of us grew up with — the kind you would find in a Filipino family gathering.

To our Khmer friends and the many expats who call Cambodia home, this is a small window into our culture. Filipino food may not always be the loudest cuisine in the room, but it carries a quiet richness — shaped by history, community, and the love of the people who cook it.

Food tells stories. These dishes tell ours. 🇵🇭

Huge shoutout to The Loft at Lunar Park for these amazing empanadas made with our very own homemade Vigan Longanisa! 🥟🔥 Nothing makes us happier than seeing our flavors turned into something this delicious. Thank you for the love and support!

🌟 Empanada Trivia:
Did you know the word empanada comes from the Spanish word “empanar,” which means to wrap or coat in bread? Empanadas have traveled the world and each region adds its own twist—just like our savory Vigan Longanisa filling!

Have you tried them yet? Trust us… one is never enough! 😋

Pre-order these authentic Ilocano Empanada now. Reach out to Manang Leah of Loft at Lunar Park.

To All Our Fellow Business Owners,

I came across this on my feed this morning and felt it was worth sharing.

For the longest time, I struggled with pricing our food. I felt uncomfortable charging what our products were truly worth, so I would compensate by adding more and more to each box — until I finally realized the real value of what we create. I’ve never believed in compromising the quality of our ingredients. And with that standard, I understand that we won’t be able to serve everyone — not unless more people become mindful of what they consume.

The Story

Recently, someone asked how much our Sisig was. We said ₱180. One person immediately said it was too expensive — but another customer confidently ordered three A La Carte servings without hesitation.

Later that day, someone else asked the same question. When we said ₱180, they also thought it was pricey. Before we could even explain, another customer chimed in and said, “If you buy that somewhere else, you’ll pay over ₱300.”

That’s the reality of pricing: what feels expensive to one person can be completely reasonable to another.

The right customers don’t argue about the price — they recognize the value.

Your price is not the problem. Your price is the filter. It screens out those who aren’t ready and attracts those who truly appreciate what you offer.

Remember: you are not meant for everyone. You are meant for the people who see you, understand you, and value what you bring to the table.

To every business owner out there — may you always attract customers who honor your effort, respect your craft, and gladly pay for the value you deliver. 🙏✨

There’s something deeply comforting about unwrapping food from banana leaves. 🌿
That slow peel… the warm steam escaping… the aroma of home.

At Mangan Belle’s Kitchen, we’re bringing back a true Filipino classic…

✨ BINALOT ✨

“Binalot” means wrapped — traditionally in fresh banana leaves — just the way our grandparents prepared packed meals for school, long trips, or a full day’s work. No fancy boxes. No plastic. Just honest, flavorful food wrapped with care.

Inside each bundle, you’ll find Filipino favorites like:

🥩 Beef Tapa
🍗 Chicken Adobo
🐷 Pork Adobo
🌭 Longsilog (Longanisa with Eggs)
… and more comforting Filipino viands.

Every Binalot comes with rice and is wrapped solely in banana leaves — giving it that subtle earthy aroma that makes every bite taste even better. It’s simple. It’s nostalgic. It’s Filipino.

This isn’t just a meal.
It’s a memory wrapped in leaves. 💛

And yes… we’re officially launching BINALOT very soon! Stay tuned for the release date and menu details. We can’t wait for you to unwrap this experience.

Available for pre-order, pick-up and delivery only.

What's for dinner?

Buttered shrimps topped with crispy garlic.

Simple cooking brings out the best flavor. No artificial flavoring. Just tons of garlic and butter mixed with olive oil.

🔥 SISIG TRIVIA TIME! 🔥

Did you know? 👀

The late Anthony Bourdain once called Sisig one of the best introductions to Filipino cuisine — bold, flavorful, and unforgettable.

And here’s another delicious fact…

Modern Sisig was popularized by the legendary Aling Lucing of Angeles City, who transformed it into the sizzling Kapampangan icon we all love today. 🔥

At Mangan Belle’s Kitchen, our Sisig is inspired by that authentic style — finely chopped, crispy pork, perfectly seasoned, with just the right kick.

And let’s be honest… Sisig never disappoints.
Whether you pair it with a cold beer 🍺 or a mountain of rice 🍚 — it always hits the spot. 🤤🔥
