SP&U — Seasonal Cambodian honey from migratory hives following natural flowering cycles. 🍯

Our bees move across rural landscapes north and south of Phnom Penh, following the natural bloom of different trees and plants throughout the year: kapok, rubber blossom, longan. Each harvest reflects a different season, shaped by the flowers available at that time.

The honey is collected directly from the frames and kept in its natural form, preserving the character created by the hive and the environment.

This is honey that changes with the landscape — no two batches are exactly the same.

Raw, natural honey harvested within 150 km of Phnom Penh is available at SP&U.

✨ Three flavours available:
• longan: aromatic and expressive, rich sweetness and fruity depth, more traditional in overall taste
• kapok: light and more runny than the others in texture, this honey has a delicate floral sweetness with subtle sour and citrus-like notes
• rubber blossom: often light in colour and smooth, this honey has mild sweetness and a creamy finish

• Locally sourced from our own migratory hives
• Supplied to restaurants in Phnom Penh and coastal areas
• No additives or pasteurisation — completely natural

Dear friends,

Unfortunately we couldn’t reach an agreement on rent with our landlord, so we’re shutting down this location.

This was a difficult decision... but:

- The honey farm will continue operating as per usual, so you’ll still be able to order our yummy organic honey 🍯pm directly

- We shall still keep some things going for orders online — our homemade kombucha, kvas, and a few vegetarian menu items. We will consider using Grab, but best contact directly going forward

- we might be able to keep our full moon circles going, with advanced sign ups and minimum spend. Let us know if you wish to see this carry on

- Svietlana's tarot services shall continue per usual, in person and online

Please come to say goodbye this Friday & Saturday, while the stock lasts...

Last karaoke at SP&U, start from 7pm onwards, Friday the 24th of April.

Farewell party 🥳 at SP&U, Saturday the 25th of April, from 5pm till late.
