Ok people. Let's Get Smoothie this weekend. This time NO JUICING. Just Blending (and little squeezing)

Golden Delicious!!

1/2 mango, peeled and de-stoned
1 handful of strawberries
1/4 cup Yogurt (Natural Yogurt preferred)
Ice
2 oranges

Instructions

Place the mango flesh, strawberries, yoghurt and ice in a blender.
Squeeze orange juice (you can use citrus squezer) the oranges and pour this into the blender
Blend until smooth

Ready for serving......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
