Yakiudon noodles 🍜

Make it at home under the guidance of our chef

Thick udon noodles stir-fried with chicken, egg, cabbage, carrots, and scallions, tossed in our signature yakiudon sauce and finished with a touch of crushed peanuts.
Everything comes together quickly in the wok, allowing the noodles to soak up all that flavour while the vegetables stay perfectly crisp.

Originally from Kokura, this dish was born after World War II when a local shop swapped yakisoba for udon due to shortages.
Today, it’s a staple across Fukuoka and western Japan 🇯🇵

At EZO, enjoy it your way: chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian.
