Named after the Kikamba word for “under the fig tree,” Mukuyuni reflects the rich heritage of the community it comes from.

During our visit to the cooperative, we were joined by the cooperative manager, who shared the story behind this exceptional coffee and the cooperative’s beekeeping initiative, which provides an additional source of income while supporting biodiversity in the region.

Every visit to origin brings us closer to the people and places behind our coffee. It’s how we build trusted partnerships and continue sourcing exceptional coffees that we’re proud to share with you.
