We had a beautifully blessed and busy day yesterday, preparing and serving afternoon snacks and dinner to 360 guests from the Judiciary family, gathered to celebrate the appointment of one of their own as a Judge of the High Court of Kenya.

Our client’s snack menu featured Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chicken Wings, and Beef Samosas—perfectly paired with assorted hot beverages and fresh juices.

For lunch, we served a rich and satisfying spread: Brown & White Ugali, Brown & White Chapati, Fried Rice, Potato Sauté, Beef Stew, Wet Fried Chicken, Wet Fried Fish, Spinach, Kienyeji Vegetables, Pineapple & Watermelon Fruit, Coleslaw, Salsa, Soda, Water, and Fresh Juice.
