Cheers to the new diet!
Nowadays I find myself baking most of my meals and eating lots and lots of veggies!
Also, I switched up my cards to low sugar carbs like brown rice, brown bread and brown ugali!
I must admit my body feels really nice! Eishhhh 🤭❤️
