Did you know Ndolé is more than just a Cameroonian favourite? 🇨🇲

Originating from Cameroon’s Littoral region and closely linked to the Sawa communities, Ndolé is made with bitterleaf, ground peanuts and proteins like fish, crayfish or meat.

The leaves are carefully prepared to reduce their natural bitterness, then cooked with groundnut paste and aromatics to create that rich, hearty flavour.

Traditionally served at celebrations and when welcoming important guests, Ndolé has grown from a regional dish into one of Cameroon’s most recognised foods.
