Ingredients:
1 lb white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare Breading Station:
Flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
Coat Fish:
Dip fish in flour, then eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Fry:
Heat oil in a skillet. Fry fish fingers for 3-4 mins per side until golden brown.
Serve:
Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
