Four days after Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Donald Trump to pay $354 million in a civil fraud case, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced readiness to seize Trump's assets if he fails to pay the fine.

In an interview, James stated her office would pursue court enforcement to seize assets, specifically mentioning Trump's 40 Wall Street property, to ensure the judgment is paid.

Trump, fined for inflating his net worth to secure favorable loan terms, denies wrongdoing and plans to appeal.

What I learnt after successfully purchasing a second hand car in Kenya
1. Cars in major towns are expensive, that is Nairobi Mombasa
2. Cars sold by yards or 'on behalf of' are more expensive and probability of poor maintenance is high, they are trusted by buyers.
3. Magari za Mashinani are the best maintained cars, with the best prices.
4. 'lady driven' is just a marketing gimmick
5. Brokers run the industry. They sell what they don't have and most are very confused.
6. If you are sourcing for a car online, ignore any that is advertised with hidden plates.
7. Don't trust anyone, thorough search is important, never be in a hurry
8. Don't settle the final price with the broker, argue this with the seller. Ensure cut ya broker if any is discussed
