Kokoplelli Pizza is a family run business that offers mobile wood fired cuisine. We're open for take out at our Nagahama location every Wednesday from 5-8pm or while supplies last. Call or text your order in early to reserve your pizzas. We also offer catering services throughout the island of Okinawa. We can service events, parties,

special occasions from small (min. 20 persons) to large groups. Our wood fired oven bakes pizzas at 700-900 degrees which means the pizzas are cooked in approx. 90 seconds. All pizzas are all made from local fresh ingredients. Our dough is made fresh daily. We use premium Italian pizza flour imported from Italy and all pizzas are hand tossed. Because it's finely milled, it's the best for making wood fired Italian pizzas.

We apologize but we’ll be closed today, Saturday May 30th in observance of the passing of my wife’s father. He passed on 4 years ago and the whole family is here to celebrate his life which is a Japanese tradition.

Want to apologize for some things that happened last night in the pizza place.
First, the oven temperature wasn’t right and caused delays and under baked pizzas due to our firewood supply being dampened by the weather.
This lead to longer wait times for our customers and I deeply apologize.
Normally I have the ready every night for the last 12 years, but unfortunately we had some unexpected issues pop up recently.

Wednesday after we finish work I started to have some stomach cramps and by midnight they were unbearable. I contemplated calling an ambulance but thought I would try and make it to the clinic in the morning. The clinic has a new system for appointments only and since I didn’t have one they said it would be about a 4 hour wait. 5 hours later after loosing my mind in pain the doctor told me I needed to go to the general hospital for evaluation.
Long story short, after 2 CT scans ecogram, abdominal X-ray I have an almost completely blocked colon which at the moment requires IV fluids no food or water for approximately 2 weeks. It’s referred to as diverticulitis.
That being said, please consider our situations at the shop and be patient with us as we are trying our hardest.
