Minoru from came by yesterday to see the new place and talk shop and brought us a surprise with pork patties, rub, sauce and some pulled pork and his new buns to try. OMG we followed his instructions and lightly dusted his patties with his homemade rub (BTW is perfect) and toasted the buns and zero sauce on the pork and his new light and fluffy buns match these patties perfectly. It reminds me of a pork rib sandwich in a patty form and so so juicy. Excellent choice if you visit his establishment. Next run I'll try over charcoal which will make these even better. Thanks again Brother and we will come visit you next time.

Putting up more shelving again and looking 👀 a lot better. Putting things in place and making changes before we send the whole process to the hokenjo makes a lot of sense. We want to make sure we have zero changes once this layout goes out for approval. There have been delays in construction with the stainless that set us back almost 12 weeks but it’s ok… the final touches are almost ready to be finalized and sent off. We took yesterday morning off and went and hung out with a friend and checked a future site for a festival that we will be colabo with. Went and seen our friends this morning and thier place looks amazing and almost ready for Grand Opening Soon. Took a little break watched some UFC and got the shelving up and cleaning a few more things here. Stand by for future updates as we are almost ready to launch 🚀.

Huge shout out to for having us again and an amazing event. We are always here to support the community. I was able to see the 80kg last fight and few others while checking on break times. Congratulations to all the fighters and sponsors and the folks that keep this going including all the coaches and family that keep supporting the sport. and the customers Really, Really Thanks 🙏 for support us. So many Happy Birthday DM’s today and I hope 🙏 I responded to all 400+ but sure I missed a few. Returned from work today and the gas company brought the equipment that still needed cleaning and I wish they dropped it last Friday when they were doing the gas pipes but, guess what HBD surprise. Just finished cleaning and excited for the equipment. Thanks 🙏Again Everyone!!
