Repair, Reuse, Recycle to Reduce Waste!
The programmed obsolescence of electronic equipment generates a lot of pollution throughout the world.
What is programmed obsolescence? It is the common practice of most corporations to design products so that they break quickly, or become obsolete in the short to mid-term.
A simple solution to avoid this is to repair devices or update them with more eco-friendly systems.

In collaboration with Tokyo-IT-Guys, Ekolokal offers you to bring the equipment (laptops, mobile phones, tablets etc.) you want to repair on Sunday the 26th in the afternoon.
Tokyo-IT-Guys will help you to repair them in order to allow you to reuse them and avoid turning them into waste when they can still work.

They can help you and teach you how to:
- Set up your devices in an optimal way
- Install Linux on old computers to give them a new life
- Repair devices if the repair does not require too much time and spare parts

SCHEDULE:
If you have items to repair, please choose a time slot between 1:30PM and 4:30PM.

修理、再利用、リサイクルで廃棄物を減らそう!
電子機器のプログラムによる陳腐化は、世界中で多くの公害を発生させています。
プログラム陳腐化とは？多くの企業では、製品がすぐに壊れたり、短中期的に陳腐化したりするように設計することが一般的です。
これを避けるには、機器を修理したり、より環境にやさしいシステムに更新したりすることが簡単な解決策となります。

エコロカールでは、東京ITガイズと共同で、26日（日）の午後に、修理したい機器（ノートパソコン、携帯電話、タブレット端末など）をお持ちいただくことを提案しています。
東京IT-Guysは、まだ使えるのにゴミになるのを防ぎ、再利用できるように修理のお手伝いをします。

東京IT-Guysがお手伝いします。
- 最適な方法でデバイスをセットアップする
- 古いコンピュータにLinuxをインストールし、新しい命を吹き込む。
- 修理にあまり時間とスペアパーツが必要でなければ、デバイスを修理する。

スケジュール:
修理するものがある場合は、午後1時30分から4時30分の間の時間帯を選んでください。

閉店まであとわずかとなりましたが、
最後に新しいドリンクメニュー"ホットチョコレートラテ"をご用意しました！
ココアパウダーにシナモンとメープルシロップで甘みを加えています。
カフェインレスの暖かいドリンクが飲みたい方にぴったりのメニューです。

突然ですが諸般の事情により、
Slow ecolabを閉店することとなりました。

オープンから1年ほど経ち、少しずつ回り始めた私たちのコミュニティ。
今回の決断は非常に難しいものでしたが、
Slow ecolabのオープンしてからというもの、
新たな人との出会い、新しいプロジェクト、素晴らしいコラボレーションが
このスペースをきっかけに始まり、
成長していきました。

運営会社であるEkolokalでは、このコミュニティや紡いだご縁を大切にし、
いつかまたみんなが集まるような活動を企たあ、画していきたいと思っています。

最後の営業日は3月5日（日）となります。
また、4日（土）はDJサヨナラパーティー、
5日（日）はガレージセールに、
音楽とスイーツの一日と、
営業最後の週末に向けて様々なイベントを企画しています。
詳細はまたお知らせします。

最終営業日までスタッフ一同笑顔でお待ちしておりますので、

 The theme is "Valentine's day Tanabata"!🎋
Tanabata is the Japanese Star festival where people usually write down there wishes and hang them on bamboo.  We thought it would be nice for us to write down a personal message to our loved ones and dance the night away to some soulful jams💕
AND this will be a masquerade party🎭 so even if you're shy, your identity will be a mystery. (Please bring your own face mask - *in addition to the one you put over your mouth😷)

W 'll be welcoming guest DJs Barret Wallace, Akira and KazuPSG to set the tone on this special night💃🕺🏻  
You can expect some Valentine’s day treats as well as our usual night time menu👨🏻‍🍳

[抹茶ラテ🍵]

抹茶ラテに使用しているのは、
MATCHA STAND MARUNI MATCHA STAND MARUNI マッチャスタンド] のお抹茶です。

そしてこちらの抹茶の生産者は、
鹿児島にある和香園さん鹿児島堀口製茶 / 和香園] 。
抹茶は、栽培中の化学農薬は一切使っておらず、
風と水の力で虫を飛ばしています。

ちなみに和香園さんが有機栽培に取り組んでいたところ、
地域全体で有機に取り組む農家が増えたそう。

こちらの抹茶はストレートだけでなく
ラテでも美味しいです。

カフェではオーツミルクとソイミルクが選べます。
特にオーツミルクは抹茶の風味によく合うのでおすすめ🍵🥛

Introducing a popular menu item at slow Ecolab: Matcha Latte"☕️

We are currently using the matcha from MATCHA STAND MARUNI MATCHA STAND MARUNI マッチャスタンド] for our Matcha Latte.

The producer of this matcha is Wakohen 鹿児島堀口製茶 / 和香園]
in Kagoshima.
This matcha does not use any chemical pesticides
during cultivation.
The wind and water are used to blow away the insects.

This matcha can be used not only as straight matcha
but also as a latte!

You can try 2 options: soy milk or oats milk.
We recommend oats milk as it matches particularly well
with the matcha flavor 😋🍵🥛

28日(土)は、南大塚のカフェ、slowさんにて野菜の店頭販売を行います。
いつもの通り、収穫してそのまま並べ、新聞紙で包むスタイルです。

今回は、ケールとブロッコリーの交配から生まれたアレッタという野菜を山盛りで持っていく予定です。

その他、店内にてボードゲーム大会も開催予定。
お持ちするのはボードゲームの王様「カタン」と、色んな鳥たちがかわいい「ウイングスパン」

どちらも小学生のお子さんから楽しめるボードゲームです。
1回で1時間くらい掛かっちゃいますけど😂

遊びたーい！
という方が集まればみんなで楽しみましょ。
