This wonderful handwritten menu was specially created by Saki, our beloved 20-year-old team member. Known for her sweet personality and incredible calligraphy skills, Saki is adored by everyone—our entire staff and all our wonderful guests alike. We are so endlessly proud of her. As the owner-chef, I must admit I am her number one fan, and I am deeply grateful for all her wonderful work. Her warm and delicate handwriting brings a cozy, heartfelt charm to our tables.
