パネットーネに似ていますが形が異なり、アーモンドからなるグレーズで風味豊かに仕上げられています。パネットーネ同様のふんわりとした食感に、イタリア産オレンジの砂糖漬けと尾道産はるかの砂糖漬けを入れたランテルナ独自の味わいです。
