FermenCo. はこの7月で5周年を迎えます！
手探りではじめた小さなお店が、気づけば5年目。ここまで来られたのは、最高の食材を届けてくれる生産者の皆さん、いつもサポートしてくれる地域の皆様、いつも最高なスタッフ達、そして足を運んで下さる皆様のおかげです。本当にありがとうございます！
感謝を込めて、7月19日(日)は今年もパーティーを開催します🏖️🎶
素晴らしいDJの音楽と、ピッツァやおつまみを片手に、Human Nature とVinai Ota さんがサーブしてくれる美味しいナチュラルワインやビールで乾杯しましょう！🥂

FermenCo. celebrates its 5th anniversary this July!
What started as a small pizzeria built on trial and error is now heading into its fifth year. We couldn't have made it this far without the growers who bring us the finest ingredients, the local community that always has our back, our incredible staff, and every single one of you who walks through our doors. Thank you so much!

To celebrate our 5th anniversary, we're releasing a FermenCo. × bal collaboration T-shirt. The design motif is the sourdough yeast that has protected the flavor of our pizza ever since we first opened. It glows in the dark! It's a limited edition — don't miss out!
