❗❗This is a sample confirmation email you receive after we confirm you a booking. Title is in Japanese, English translation in the second half of the message with your name / reference code / time, ect.. It is normally detected as SPAM/JUNK due to non-standard language to most tourists mailbox.
✅ We send the note on this for EVERY message, and as a rule of SPAM - it automatically deleted after 7 days? If you don't move it into inbox, you won't be able to find it when you are at the cafe to show to the staff.
❗What you need to do: 1) make sure you have the email in INBOX after checking spam. 2) request to resend at least 24hr before your reservation. 3) we don't monitor the mailbox live. Thanks everyone for your cooperation.
