Based in Okinawa, Japan, we offer weekly complete meal kits containing inventive recipes and all of the ingredients needed to get dinner on the table fast! Utilizing only the freshest vegetables and proteins from local markets, each meal provides healthy portions and a range of melt in your mouth flavors! Impress your family and friends with our Cook-It-Yourself meals, but leave the grunt work to

us! How It Works:
Step 1: Check out our weekly menu options posted on our page or website: www.TheSetTableMeals.com
Step 2: Choose 1, 2, 3, or all 4 meals for the week as well as the number of people you are feeding. Get your order in by midnight on Thursday for delivery the next week! Step 3: Pickup your kits the following Tuesday from one of our convenient locations on base, or opt for delivery directly to your door for a small fee! Step 4: Open your bag of goodies & get cooking! Ingredients are pre-portioned, so no measuring is required! All you need at home is olive oil, salt, pepper, & some basic cooking utensils and you are on your way to a great weeknight meal. Homemade Quesabirria!

After lots of research and taste-testing many different types of birria, I finally ventured out to make my own.

Did you know that you can meal prep overnight oats and keep them in the freezer?

These make for an easy, delicious, and filling healthy breakfast!

And plus, how cute are these glass containers from !?!

You can get creative with your flavors and adjust the sweetness to your liking. These all have 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/2 tsp vanilla syrup.

First pic: peanut butter + banana + mini chocolate chips (2 tbsp pb powder, sprinkle of chocolate chips, 1/2 sliced banana, pinch of salt)

Second pic: mixed berry + kiwi (frozen berries, 1/2 sliced kiwi)

Third pic: apple cinnamon (1/3 large apple, 1/4 tsp cinnamon)

Layer all of the ingredients in a 16oz jar. I like to put the chia seeds close to the top to ensure they soak up the milk! Keep them in the freezer, then pull out one and stick in the fridge the night before you’d like to eat. Add 3/4 cup of the milk of your choice to the jar and close the lid. You can even give it a good shake! In the morning, stir well before eating and enjoy!

Homemade pita and spicy honey whipped feta dip!

This is a great app to serve alongside any Mediterranean-inspired dish, and you can’t beat pita fresh out of the oven!

🔆Dip Recipe 🔆

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 oz. feta cheese
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

In a small saucepan, add the olive oil, minced garlic, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (add 1 full tsp if you’d like it extra spicy) over low heat. Once the oil starts to simmer, cook the garlic and pepper flakes for about 1 min, or until the garlic turns light golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined, then taste, adding more salt/pepper if needed.

In a blender or food processor, add the feta, Greek yogurt, and 2 tbsp of the spicy honey mixture. Blend until creamy and smooth, then scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining honey mixture. Serve alongside pita wedges or sliced veggies!

This is also amazing as a spread for sandwiches!

I’m not gonna lie, this is probably my favorite dessert bar recipe I’ve ever written!

These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Trail Mix Bars are topped with a sweet, tangy, salty mix of your favorite trail mix bits, then drizzled with a white chocolate frosting!

The best part? The toppings are totally interchangeable-don’t love almonds? No problem! Sub with walnuts, pecans, cashews, whatever you have on hand. The same goes for the dried fruit and chocolate chips!

Vegan cakes don’t have to be boring, dry, and tasteless!

This is a three-layer rich vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and coconut milk chocolate ganache. The ganache turned out super creamy, with a taste and consistency almost identical to the dairy-filled version.

Couldn’t resist some fresh chocolate-dipped strawberries on top!

Buddha bowl for dinner tonight inspired by what I found at the market!

This beauty is gluten, soy, and dairy free. I added some chicken for protein, but you could easily double up on the veggies to make it vegan!

🍚 pink pitaya rice
🍠 roasted beni-azuma
🥬 sautéed garlic rainbow chard
🧅 pickled red onions
🥑 sliced avocado
🥕 orange carrot ginger dressing
🐓 grilled chicken marinated in 👆🏼

So good and so filling!

It’s been a while since I made this cake, and I definitely missed it’s cute retro color combo and styling.

I developed this recipe to taste like my favorite fountain drink, ’s cherry limeade!

There is pink cherry cake with bits of maraschino cherry throughout, layered with fresh lime buttercream. And you can’t forget the cherries on top!
