Charcoal grilled maitake, hazelnut, negi, local koshihikari rice cooked in donabe (clay pot). Part of our chefs table dinner this season. We have a couple openings for this Thursday and Friday 16/17th.

Next door to A.I.R. tucked into the side of the ski run is our self contained cabin which we call Besso. We have some availability remaining for February bookings. DM or email for bookings. Traditional architecture, ski in ski out, well appointed with breakfast included at A.I.R. It doesn't get much better than this!

Above average snowfall is predicted for this season by the Japan Meteorological Agency. Let's see it's another 18m accumulation season or maybe it will be a mere 13 meter season as pictured here.

We are lucky enough to be one of the first lodges on the mountain to receive the healing flow of water from Mt Myoko. Maybe there is no better way to end the day on the slopes.
