Our Tuna Curry features premium tuna sourced from Yaizu, Shizuoka — one of Japan’s most renowned tuna ports.

Located along Suruga Bay, Yaizu has been a center of Japan’s tuna fishing industry for decades, known for landing some of the country’s highest-quality tuna. The city’s expertise in handling and processing tuna helps preserve its exceptional flavor and texture.

In our Tuna Curry, we combine this outstanding tuna tails and cheek part with spices to create a dish that is nutritious, deeply flavorful, and rich in umami.
