キッチンでの業務全般
当日のホールスタッフやキッチンスタッフと協力し、主にキッチン内での調理、在庫管理、清掃を行う
Cooking and preparation of food
General kitchen duties including cleaning, washing and stock taking

調理経験は問いませんが、料理が好き、学びたいという意欲のある方
シフト制で平日を含む週2日～働ける方（時間曜日応相談）
Vermillionが好きで、お店の一員として、より良いお店づくりに貢献できる方
Can work at least 2 days a week
Experience in similar role is desirable but not required to apply for this role
For non resident of Japan, eligible working visa is required to apply for the role

シフト制（週2日～勤務、8:00-16:00（季節の営業時間による）
Work on shifts (at least 2 days per week 8:00-16:00 subject to change depending on the season)

Vermillion’s 10 years anniversary today!
It’s been a special year to us, especially we are happy to see Sakura and autumn seasons full of customers enjoying their food and drink at the terrace seats. That wasn’t normal for the past few years, so we are so grateful to have the lively ambience back again and also thankful to our great team members, suppliers and local customers who always supported us even during the hard times.

We would also like to express special thanks to our friend, Masako san, who had no doubt but insisted on keeping “Vermillion” as a brand name when we were deciding what to call our second shop. Her advice made us grow Vermillion to be where we are now. Sadly, we cannot see her any more but she is always remembered and we cannot wait to discover where Vermillion will be in the next decade.

To our family and friends, anyone who has visited us or even just happens to see this post on the IG, we wish you all have a wonderful festive season!

本日、Vermillionは10周年を迎えました！
10年前、まだ扉の工事が終わらずフルオープンで真冬を過ごしたことが鮮明に思い出されます。カフェと土産もの店が加わり、Vermillionとして3店舗のお店を続けて来られたことに、2人ではなし得なかった多くの方のサポートがあっての10年に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

今年は1年を通じ、近年見ることができなかった活気が伏見稲荷にもお店にももどりました。訪れたひとの憩いの場となるように、この先のVermillionも前進していきたいと思います。

10年に一度と言われる寒気の中、みなさんもどうか体調くずされることなく、年末年始を元気にお過ごしください。
