The curry udon series has been a popular menu item since our establishment , but now we decided to renew it.

There is a regular customer who order curry udon series in turn with beef curry , pork curry , chicken curry, fried tofu curry. Some time ago we timidly served a new curry udon . After eating “You’ve changed your taste, l get it. Strong taste, my favorite. It’s better for me “, he said.

High spice aroma, strong soup stock, slightly spicy.
This is the orthodox curry Udon!

Hiyagake style makes you enjoy the taste of our broth.
The recommended ingredients is Umeboshi (dried plum). Its refreshing sourness accentuates Umami which is the fifth taste.
