A vibrant vermilion tatami room lies amidst the darkness. Enjoy a meditative dining experience in this space that sharpens your senses.
Our course menu features three bowls, seasonal pressed sushi, ramen, and dessert, and is a luxurious experience that satisfies all five senses with seasonal ingredients. The moment the siphon-extracted dashi is poured is truly a moment of bliss. A shojin ryori (vegetarian cuisine) course is also available, making it suitable for vegetarians.
In addition, at barrier archive on the first floor, in a stark white space that contrasts with the second floor, you can enjoy Kanazawa oden and dashi chazuke with local sake, as well as matcha and sweets. Feel free to use it not only for a quick drink but also as a cafe.
