🙌This is great to finally see meat based chefs and meat based restaurants change to Plant Based!! Roots Cafe Hakuba is proud to be 17 seasons of serving only Plant Based, locally sourced produce and products to power snow lovers from around the world on the slopes of Happo-one at their ski/ride-in, ski/ride-out location! What a better way to say that you love snow than eat something that reduces your carbon foot print and assists Mother Earths mechanisms to reduce greenhouse affect.
