醸造&蒸留
今年のIBREW GINZAの周年もスペシャルです！
＼オリジナルスピリッツ／
ついにIBREWグループ初のオリジナルスピリッツの蒸留が決定しました！
今回は当店のハウスジンでもある
Plow Distilleryさんにお願いして蒸留してもらいます。
今回のスピリッツには
クラフトビール醸造にも使用する
モルトとホップを使います。
ホップの選定はPlow Distilleryさんが元々親交のある
潮風ブルーラボのクリスにお願いしました！
そしてモルトは直営店でクラフト酒場化を進めている
U.B.Pブルワリーのヘッドブルワー、ワニさんにお願いしました！
選定したホップ、モルトを使用して
それぞれのブルワリーで周年ビールもお願いしています！🍻🍻
先日シェフ姉崎がU.B.Pでの醸造に参加、
醸造の際に使用したモルトを
Plow Distilleryの石川さんと一緒にかきだし、
これをスピリッツに使用していきます！

This year's IBREW GINZA Anniversary is going to be extra special!
＼ Our First Original Spirit! ／
We're thrilled to announce the first-ever original spirit for the IBREW group, distilled by our friends at Plow Distillery! ✨
For this special batch, we’re using classic craft beer ingredients:
🌱 Hops: Selected by Chris from Shiokaze BrewLab
🌾 Malt: Selected by Head Brewer Wani from U.B.P Brewery
Even better? Both breweries are also brewing special Anniversary Beers using these exact same ingredients! 🍻🍻
Recently, our Chef Anezaki joined the brew day at U.B.P. Together with Ishikawa-san from Plow Distillery, they scooped out the spent malt, which will be upcycled and used to make our new spirit! ♻️
We can't wait to share these amazing drinks with you. See you today! Cheers! 🥂
