This is how a Rainbow Latte Art is built at Roar Coffee Ginza.
It starts with beans roasted at our own roastery in Hatchobori, Roar Coffee 872.
We pull a double shot of specialty espresso, then steam fresh milk until the texture is fine and glossy.
The colors are layered one by one on top of that base, by hand.
Under the colors, the cup tastes like a proper latte.
A bold espresso, smooth milk, a clean finish.
The look is playful, but the flavor is straightforward and balanced.
Something you can drink slowly without getting tired of it.
Drop by our small house-roasting café in Ginza, two minutes from Higashi-Ginza Station.
White plaster walls, counter seats, open from 8am for coffee and breakfast.
