Green Farm Café, one of Niseko’s most popular and well-loved cafés, is now recruiting for the 2026–2027 winter season (Nov–Apr).
Known for fresh, seasonal food and high-quality coffee, Green Farm attracts a diverse mix of local and international guests. We are building a strong, experienced team to deliver consistent, high level service throughout the busy winter season.
Positions Available:
👨🍳 Sous Chef
Support kitchen leadership, oversee service, and maintain high standards across prep and ex*****on. Strong organisational and leadership skills required.
🍳 Chef de Partie
Run your own section in a fast-paced café kitchen. Ideal for chefs who are confident, consistent, and service-focused.
🔪 Line Cooks
Assist with prep and service in a busy kitchen environment. Previous experience required, ability to work efficiently under pressure is key.
🧼 Kitchen Hands
Support the kitchen team with cleaning, prep, and organisation. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
☕ Baristas
Deliver high quality coffee and efficient service during busy periods. Experience with specialty coffee and high volume service required.
🍽️ Café Attendants
Provide friendly, professional front-of-house service. You’ll be confident with customer interaction and able to keep pace in a busy environment.
