Temporada, one of Niseko’s most vibrant and fast-paced tapas restaurants, is now recruiting for the 2026–2027 winter season (Nov–Apr).
We are looking for experienced and motivated hospitality professionals to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience to an international clientele in the heart of Hirafu Village.
Positions Available:
👨🍳 Chefs & Cooks
Work in a high energy, service driven kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. Ideal for experienced chefs who can handle fast paced service and maintain high standards.
🍽️ Waiters
Deliver engaging, professional service in a busy restaurant environment. You’ll be confident, personable, and able to manage a dynamic floor.
🍸 Bar Manager
Lead the bar team, oversee service, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced venue. This role requires strong leadership, organisation, and experience in high-volume service.
