Temporada's Italian Summer BBQ lands tonight, 31st July 👉🏻 and we're bringing the flavours of Italy straight to Niseko!

Our Smokey BBQ Porchetta Rotisserie takes centre stage, served with fresh penne tossed in Hitotsu Farm tomato sauce, grilled zucchini, and a crisp mixed green salad with our balsamic black garlic dressing. - What a way to spend your Friday!

Temporada is now recruiting experienced kitchen professionals for the 2026–2027 winter season (Nov–Apr).

Located in the heart of Hirafu Village, Temporada is a Mediterranean-inspired fusion tapas restaurant, serving bold flavours, quality ingredients, and memorable dining experiences to guests from around the world.

We're looking for experienced chefs who thrive in fast-paced kitchens, take pride in their craft, and are ready to contribute from day one.

Positions Available:

👨‍🍳 Sous Chefs
Support kitchen leadership, mentor the team, and help deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards.
🍳 Chef de Partie
Take ownership of your section and produce consistently outstanding dishes in a busy, service-driven kitchen.
🔪 Line Cooks
Work alongside an experienced team preparing and executing high-quality Mediterranean-inspired dishes with speed and precision.

What we offer:

Staff accommodation available, live and work in Hirafu Village, just minutes from the ski lifts
Staff discounts across all DNA Niseko venues
Work with a passionate, professional team in one of Niseko's most exciting restaurants
Time built around your schedule to snowboard or ski every day

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' commercial kitchen experience
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday visa or valid work status
