ONE CHEF. ONE WEEK. ONE ITALIAN OBSESSION

Coming from Boardwalk at Park Hyatt Dubai, Chef Cristiano Bellantoni joins The Lombard for an exclusive culinary collaboration from 25–31 October.
His journey into the kitchen began in an unexpected place. While studying Medicine and Surgery in Rome, Cristiano chose to follow his passion for food instead—training at Gambero Rosso’s Città del Gusto before honing his craft in celebrated kitchens including Michelin-starred Open Colonna and Alain Ducasse’s Trattoria Toscana.
His culinary journey has since taken him across Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and the UAE, including a chapter as Head Chef of Tartufi & Friends Dubai, where he developed a particular connection with one of Italy’s greatest seasonal treasures: truffle.
This October, Chef Cristiano brings his Italian roots, international experience and passion for truffle to The Lombard, where he will unveil a special limited-time menu: TARTUFO & TRUFFLE | A LOMBARD CELEBRATION
