Holland Bamboo Restaurant started operations in 1997 in a thatch bar, cooking on the side to provide lunch for workers from Holland Farm. As demand grew, the building expand until it is where it is today. The restaurant specializes Curried Goat & Roti, Curried Chicken, Fry Chicken and Manish Water (goat soup).
