The humble Apple Pie 🥧
Growing up, many weekends were spent making Apple pies with my Nan. Some of you might know of them on the Island as Mrs R's Apple pies. Maybe I'm biased but they are soo good, and we are now selling them by the slice! It doesn't stand out amoungst the rest of the display, but it's one that warms the souls on any gloomy day x

The first step of our Pear & Almond tarts 🍐

Changing with the seasons, we started making them as some very kind friends & customers delivered us the most amazing pears! Poached and added to the tarts along with some mirabelle plum jam these have quickly become a firm favourite from the cake display

Lookout for how we will be using them in our savoury dishes too this week
