Well it looks like my Last Saturday in my Restaurant,it’s been an emotional journey,but this establishment will always give me fond memories of the people and staff we have met,the laughs & tears ,I leave my restaurant feeling proud of what has been accomplished here,and look forward to a rest and see what’s in the store for the future.Im not retiring cooking is in my DNA.
