We are looking for an exceptional 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join the leadership team at the Somerville Hotel.

With a loyal guest base, a committed team and an exciting future ahead, this is a key role for an ambitious hotelier who wants to help shape the next chapter of a distinctive, family-run hotel.
The role:
As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the overall operation of the hotel, taking responsibility for day-to-day performance across departments including Front of House, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, driving guest satisfaction, supporting the team and contributing to the commercial success of the business.
The Somerville Hotel offers a professional, supportive environment where high standards, genuine hospitality and teamwork matter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel manager ready to take the next step or an established Deputy GM looking for a meaningful, hands-on leadership role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations at line manager level or higher in a 4* Property in all departments. Private medical insurance and meals provided whilst on duty.
