We are thrilled for our entire team to have received a 5 Star Rating in our Jersey Eat Safe, unexpected inspection.

This is a testimony to the hard work, dedication and pride that the entire team take on a daily basis to deliver to the highest standards.

This site and building are challenging for many reasons and it makes this rating even more of an achievement.

We love what we do, we love catering and feeding our customers delicious, local, homemade food, from a quick Jersey Dairy soft-serve in the sunshine, to a formal 4 course seated wedding menu, we take enormous pride in our bespoke catering and delivering the best we possibly can on a daily basis.

Sink your teeth into our brand new, limited edition ‘Kaya’s Cookie Co.’ homemade cookies. Yes, our Manager Kaya has got baking skills and she’s sharing them with us all! Today she’s whipped up these delicious Belgian Chocolate, Orange Zest & Pecan Cookies and they are scrumptious 😋👌

The Italian Idol : 2 x smashed pure Jersey beef patties, pepperoni, melted mozzarella, herby garlic butter, local tomato sauce, pesto, lettuce & parmesan 🇮🇹🍔👌 Congraultaitons to this year’s winning team who not only get £2 for each sold to spend on their leavers party but they also get free soft serve ice cream for the entire summer holidays (Limited to 1 per day!!!).

Wow what a hot one… that’s a record we think for June in Visit Jersey 33.1 oC… it certainly felt like it.

Great to see so many people cooling off in the pool and such a busy pool and beach for a Monday.

Researchers at Japan’s RIKEN Center and the University of Tokyo, led by Dr. Takashi Nishikawa, have developed a biodegradable plastic that dissolves in seawater within hours and breaks down in soil in ten days, releasing nutrients like phosphorus and nitrogen to enhance soil fertility.

Made from sodium hexametaphosphate and guanidinium-based monomers, it decomposes without microplastic residue, is non-toxic, and supports a circular economy with 91% of its components recyclable.

This innovation, ideal for agricultural mulch, fishing gear, and eco-friendly packaging, could significantly reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable farming.
