the evenings are changing. lights on a little earlier, the smell of coffee waking up the block, and the roastery slowly coming to life.

three months to go. let’s make them good — and properly caffeinated.

Currently having a bit of an Aglio Olio moment.
Spicy, garlicky, straight from the pan and always al dente.
Not much more to say, really. Maybe just book a table for dinner?
