Siamo tornati! ✨

Tutti i giorni a cena, dalle 19:30 alle 22. Sabato e domenica anche a pranzo, dalle 12 alle 14:30.

Settembre ha il profumo dei nuovi inizi... e dei nostri piatti. Abbiamo riallacciato i grembiuli e riacceso i fornelli. Da oggi Dume riapre ufficialmente le sue porte e vi aspetta per farvi gustare le ultime settimane del nostro menù estivo. ☀️🍽️

Every day for dinner, from 7:30pm to 10pm. Saturdays and Sundays also for lunch, from 12pm to 2:30pm.

Menù degustazione vegetariano? Sì.

Flan di carote, fonduta di raschera, mandorle e caffè. Reginette al pomodoro, pomodorini confit alla vaniglia e al basilico. Bistecca di melanzana laccata con pomodoro e soia, chimichurri mediterraneo e anacardi. Torta al cioccolato con salsa all’albicocca, in abbinamento con Barolo Chinato Rocche Costamagna.

Gusto pieno. Provare per credere. 🌿

Carrot flan, raschera fondue, almonds and coffee. Reginette pasta with tomato, vanilla and basil confit tomatoes. Glazed eggplant “steak” with tomato and soy, Mediterranean chimichurri and cashews. Chocolate cake with apricot sauce, paired with Barolo Chinato Rocche Costamagna.

Sapore si sale… sapore di Mare! 🌊
Un piatto geniale, nuovo ingresso nel nostro menù estivo: spaghetti di zucchine e carote alla soia, crema di mozzarella e cozze. Fresco, leggero, pieno di sapore, proprio come un antipasto d’estate dovrebbe essere.

Alcune cose finiscono. Altre iniziano.

Le patate ripiene ci hanno regalato tanti momenti belli — e ci fa davvero piacere che qualcuno ce le chieda ancora. Ma non le facciamo più. Abbiamo tante cose nuove da farvi provare.
