Who is Dulcisinfundo?

First of all, Dulcisinfundo is a group of people who are deeply in love with Italian food and wine, led by Cristina and Roberto, the owners of the restaurant.

Our aim is to accompany our guests in the journey through the genuine Italian and Tuscan cuisine, from appetizers to desserts, as the name of our restaurant suggests. To achieve this goal, we prepare everything according to the traditional recipes and we mostly use seasonal products which come from our own or local farms – first of all, the local king, the purest PDO San Gimignano saffron that we grew in our farm.

Our little and cozy restaurant is perfect for small groups of people or couples who want to enjoy a special meal during their holiday in Tuscany. We have tables inside as well as outside, but they are just a few, so we suggest you to come early if you want to eat outside and enjoy the stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. And we say to you, couples: you should try a romantic dinner in our unique alcove, we promise it will be one of the best memories of your holiday!

Oh, and yes, we are mad about jazz – you will hear it, but also see it in the photos up on the walls.
