Il quartiere San Giovanni è tra i più suggestivi di Roma: è centralissimo, comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi zona della città, è ricco di storia
e monumenti. Oltre alla celebre Basilica, troviamo: la Scala Santa, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, la via Appia antica, il museo delle Mura latine, il tempietto di San Giovanni in oleo del Bramante e molte altri luoghi di cultura. L'intrattenimento poi è garantito nel quartiere grazie ai numerosi pub, ristoranti di ogni tipo e nazionalità, bar e wine bar, pizzerie etc. Ci sono inoltre supermercati, caratteristici mercati all'aperto con ogni prodotto alimentare e non, grandi magazzini e negozi di ogni genere. La casa è ben collegata. La fermata degli autobus è di fonte l'entrata del palazzo e la fermata della metro è solo pochi metri più avanti. Vicine anche le Stazioni Ferroviarie ("Tuscolana"10 minuti e "Termini" 20 minuti a piedi), è molto facile arrivare, sia dall'Areoporto di "Fiumicino", sia da quello di "Ciampino". The apartment is settled on a beautiful and famous tree-lined street in the San Giovanni neighborhood, from where one can easily reach the namesake church. San Giovanni is one of the most evocative neighborhoods of Rome; very central, close to every part of the city and rich with monuments and history. In close proximity of the famous Church one will find Scala Santa, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, the ancient via Appia, the museum of Mura Latine, the temple of San Giovanni designed by Bramante and plenty more. Entertainment is offered in several local pubs, clubs, wine bars and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets and a myriad of open-air markets where one can find many types of products. The room itself overlooks an authentic Italian garden full of flowers and mature trees. It is spacious and newly renovated: the furniture modern with a taste for the vintage. It is well equipped for your comfort (TV, wifi, satellite, ergonomic mattress). At the front of the building one will find a bus stop and the metro is just a few meters further. Train stations are close-by: Tuscolana 10 minutes, Termini 20 minutes walking. It's easy and quick to reach either Ciampino airport or Fiumicino airport. Aside from on-street parking, ten meters further there is a car park where the car can be parked for a fee.
