"Due forchette" Gambero Rosso since 2020, 47 Circus Roof Garden is an Italian restaurant and cocktail bar on the 6th floor of 47 Boutique Hotel, surrounded by some of the most fascinating architectural jewels of the Eternal City: Piazza della Bocca della Verità and Forum Boarium. Chef Michele Giovannini, in collaboration with chef Gabriele Enrico, professor of the Gambero Rosso of Turin, leads the

brigade with particular attention to the selection of ingredients and their life cycle. Cocktails of the seasonal drink list pair perfectly with the à la carte menu and chef’s finger food, served on an original Ferris wheel. A special mention goes to the cellar, with over 200 Italian wines, and to the 50 gin corner labels from all over the world, which make the selection of 47 Circus Roof Garden worthy of being appreciated by all wise drinkers.
