Le ferie sono finite, ma il piacere di una buona tavola no.
Ricominciamo insieme, e per farlo al meglio ci vuole una bella bistecca alla brace, cotta come si deve sul nostro grill, accompagnata da patate arrosto. Se invece preferite qualcosa di più leggero ma altrettanto gustoso, il pollo cotto sotto al mattone è la scelta giusta: croccante fuori, morbido dentro.
