È quello dei funghi porcini che incontrano la pasta fresca fatta a mano — un abbraccio che sa di bosco, di cura, di cucina vera.
Le nostre Tagliatelle ai Funghi Porcini sono uno di quei piatti che non hanno bisogno di spiegazioni. Parlano da soli, dal primo boccone.
