Studio Botanicus takes inspiration from Grand Hotel Portovenere’s past as the 17th-century Convent of San Francesco.

References to the monks’ botanical studies emerge throughout the interiors: from fern-inspired wallpapers and custom-made furnishings to the patterns of the balcony flooring.

Natural tones, botanical motifs and carefully chosen details create a warm, contemporary atmosphere, while the separate sitting area offers extra space to unwind.
